Studio sessions are tailored to the individual for specific requirements, programming and goals from general fitness, pre and post natal, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention, the young and the young at heart and to how the body feels on the day.
Studio sessions incorporate a range of traditional Joseph Pilates inspired apparatus that you will be introduced to including Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Spine corrector and small equipment such as magic circle, foam roller, free weights, resistance bands, exercise balls and mat exercises.
All sessions include fundamental principals to warm up and set the intention for the session, classes can have a variety of invigorating and challenging exercises to calming and restorative.
All clients require a one on one initial assessment to thoroughly assess posture and movement taking into account past/present medical conditions and injuries prior to commencing studio sessions.
Studio sessions are semi private sessions with a max of 3 or private one on one.
